The
Leader Program is aimed at involving the most active graduates in working with other older orphans for their more successful socialization in society, as well as to develop the graduates ' leadership qualities, initiative and responsibility, entrepreneurship, and independence.
Goal: Development and actualization of leadership qualities, initiative, responsibility, entrepreneurship, independence of the most active graduates of residential institutions by involving them in working with students of these institutions for their more successful socialization in society.
Program objectives:
- building leadership skills, moral and ethical standards, moral values;
- teaching legal knowledge and skills of legal normativity; civil liability
- formation of graduates' knowledge about their own potential for self-actualization;
- creating conditions for the development of personal potential;
- development of healthy lifestyle skills.
In 2019 the program was successfully implemented in the Kostroma and Vladimir regions. During the reporting period, 28 people from among the graduates of orphanages acted as leaders. They regularly conduct classes and organize events for pupils of various institutions, for children in difficult situations. Also in 2019, they took part in more than 40 volunteer projects to help veterans, the disabled and the elderly.
